Many situations are not emergencies but do require immediate medical attention. Adventist Health Castle walk-in clinics provide convenient, patient-focused care for children and adults seeking an emergency room for minor injuries, non-acute illnesses, and medical services that require immediate attention. We have four state-of-the-art urgent care facilities across Oahu that provide infant, pediatric, adult, and geriatric care.
The purpose of urgent care is to provide you with quick medical assistance when your primary care provider is unavailable. Services are available without an appointment and our dedicated staff work to provide the best possible care for each patient.
Urgent care clinics are not emergency room centers. If you have a serious medical event on your hands, you should contact 9-1-1 immediately.

Our walk-in clinics in Kapolei, Kailua and Pearl City are ready to help you get the medical care you need on a walk-in basis during extended and weekend hours. We accept most insurance plans.
